Do I have to request a renewal to save documents?
No. Your digital garage keeps the vehicle and its papers together. A renewal request is a separate step when you need help.
Does AutoPaddy issue government documents?
No. AutoPaddy is an independent platform, not a government agency. Renewal agents help process documents with the relevant issuing authorities.
How long does a renewal take?
Timing varies by document, location and issuing authority. You can follow updates from your renewal agent in AutoPaddy.
Can I finance a vehicle?
Vehicle financing is planned for the future. It is not currently available.
